Planning Meeting prior to your event.
One site visit in advance of your big day. This includes rehearsal space, ceremony venue, and reception.
Vendor confirmation the week before your event and liaison on-site the day of.
On-site up to 1 hour for Rehearsal.
On-call time commitment where you can call on us for [almost] anything for up to 10 hours throughout your special day.
Early arrival on-site to ensure everything is set according to your vision.
Placing all personal components (guestbook, escort cards, table place cards, etc)
On-site Coordination and Management During your event.
Maintaining your schedule & guiding formalities throughout your events.
Providing final invoice commitments to Vendors on-site for you.
Guidance for your Processional and Grand Entry.
Helping your family and friends to be stress-free so you and they can fully enjoy!
